About this flower painting:
Each of the poppy flowers in this painting was lightly sculpted in low relief before being painting in pure egg tempera made from crushed stone. This gorgeous painting of poppies will last for centuries. The texture of this artwork will take your breath away!

This flowers in this artwork were first sculpted in low relief before being painted in pure egg tempera made from crushed stone & egg yolk. For my ocher colors I use only natural ochers from the French quarries of Gargas and Rustrel, nested in a 12 miles long enclave, in the heart of the Luberon Mountains. The soft greens come from the earth around Verona Italy and from Bavaria.
